New FREE Live Masterclass:
The Weight Loss Sequence
for Women Over 40
Why the order you fix things in decides whether the weight moves.
You're eating less than you did at 35 and working harder than you did at 35, and your body is holding onto every pound of it. You're not doing too little. You're doing it in the wrong order.
LIVE Tuesday, August 25th @ 8:30am PT/11:30am ET
Masterclass recording will be available to registrants for a limited time
YOU'VE BEEN TOLD IT'S CALORIES...
Eat less. Move more. Stay in a deficit and be patient.
You did that. You've been doing it for years, and at some point in your forties it stopped working, and every piece of advice you got after that was a louder version of the same instruction.
Eat a bit less than that. Move a bit more than that. Try harder.
So you tracked. You cut the carbs. You fasted. You added another workout. And the weight sat exactly where it was, or it came off for three weeks and walked straight back on.
Then your doctor ran your bloodwork and told you everything looked fine.
You are not doing this wrong. You're doing the right things to a body running a completely different set of rules than the one those instructions were written for.
If this sounds familiar, you won't want to miss this...
SAVE MY SEAT!

“I’ve always considered myself a healthy person, but as my hormones began to shift, I started noticing changes in my energy, mood, and overall wellbeing that I couldn’t explain on my own.
Working with Ciara helped me connect the dots between stress, hormones, lifestyle, and how my body was responding. I now understand the ‘why’ behind what I’m experiencing and have the knowledge and tools to course correct instead of white-knuckling, guessing, or hoping for the best.
At 44, I feel more informed, resilient, and in sync with my body than ever before.”
— Natalie G., 44
THE SIGNS IT ISN'T WILLPOWER
Weight that won’t move is one signal. But look at what else may be happening at the same time:
✓ Bloating no matter what you eat
✓ New or worsening constipation
✓ Waking at 2 or 3am
✓ Wired at night, exhausted by afternoon
✓ Strong afternoon cravings
✓ Hot flashes or waking up hot
✓ Brain fog or losing your words
✓ Mood changes that feel harder to control
✓ Weight settling around your middle
These aren’t nine unrelated problems.
They’re signals coming from many of the same systems that influence whether your body is able to respond to weight loss efforts.
That’s why simply pushing harder on calories often stops working...

WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGED
During your forties, estrogen and progesterone don’t simply decline. They fluctuate, sometimes dramatically, throughout perimenopause.
And those hormonal shifts don’t happen in isolation.
Your blood sugar and insulin, cortisol, digestion, thyroid and sleep all influence how your body handles those changes.
When those systems are supported, your body can respond very differently than when they’re already under strain.
The hormonal changes may be unavoidable. How supported your body is through them is not.

WHY EATING LESS CAN MAKE IT WORSE
Years of dieting, fasting, cutting carbs, and training harder on less food can add another layer of stress to an already changing body.
Over time, that can affect metabolic flexibility, blood sugar regulation, cortisol, digestion, and how efficiently your body uses the food you eat.
Then perimenopause arrives on top of it.
So when the weight stops moving and you respond by eating even less and exercising even harder, you may be applying more pressure to systems that already need support.
The good news? Metabolic flexibility can be rebuilt. The key is knowing where to start.

THE ORDER IS THE WHOLE THING
Blood sugar. Cortisol. Digestion. Sleep. Thyroid. Hormones.
You can find endless information about every one of them.
What most women are missing is the order.
Each system affects the next. When you try to tackle everything at once, you can work incredibly hard without getting much back.
But when you support these systems in the right sequence, each step prepares your body for what comes next.
That sequence is the Hormone Stacking Method™.
And during this masterclass, I’ll show you where to begin, why the order matters, and how the pieces connect.
You’ll walk away with:
-
The order to work in - This is what most women come for, and it's what the whole hour is built around. You'll stop running at nine things at once and hoping one of them lands.
-
The real reason the weight isn't moving - Not calories. Not willpower. The actual physiology, explained plainly enough that you can go and do something about it.
-
Why your bloodwork came back normal - Normal isn't optimal, and a standard panel misses most of what's happening to you right now. I'll show you what gets looked at and what doesn't.
-
Permission to stop blaming yourself -
You're not lazy. You're not undisciplined. You haven't failed at this. I'll show you exactly why.

Who Am I and Why Should You Trust Me?
I'm Ciara Foy, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, functional hormone expert, and author of Empowered by Food. For more than 20 years, I’ve specialized in women’s metabolic and hormonal health.
I’ve worked with thousands of women around the world, and so many come to me with the same story:
Their bloodwork looks “normal,” but they don’t feel like themselves. They know something has changed, yet no one has helped them connect the dots between their hormones, digestion, blood sugar, stress, sleep, nutrition, and metabolism.
I’ve even worked with physicians and other medical professionals navigating these same changes in their own bodies. They understand the science. What they’re often missing is the ability to step back and look at how all of these systems are interacting.
That’s the perspective I bring to this work.
And at 50, I’m navigating this stage of life too. I understand both the clinical side of these changes and what it feels like to experience them yourself.
The Hormone Stacking Method™ grew out of thousands of hours of clinical practice and years of seeing the same patterns repeat themselves.
It’s based on what I’ve seen make the greatest difference when a woman’s hormones begin to change: understanding what her body is telling her, knowing which systems need support, and addressing them in the right order.
You haven’t failed at this. You may simply never have been taught how to read the signs your body is giving you.
That’s what I want to help you understand on August 18.
I'M READY TO DO THIS!
